Cancellation Policy

Our Maurisse Fzco Cancellation Policy is designed to protect our  customer in the event of a cancellation. We know plans can change, so we’ve designed a cancellation policy that accommodates our customers. buyers to cancel physical orders and items that haven’t entered the shipping process through the “Your Orders” section on maurisse.ae. You generally have a 30-minute window to cancel after placing the order.cancel, go to Your Orders, select the order, check the box next to the items you wish to cancel, and click “Cancel selected items”. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is successful.

How to Cancel an Order
Go to Your Orders: Log in to your maurisse.ae account and navigate to the “Your Orders” section.
Select the Order: Find the order you want to cancel and select it.
Select Items to Cancel: Check the box next to the item(s) you want to cancel. To cancel the entire order, check all items.
Confirm Cancellation: Click “Cancel selected items” and then follow any additional prompts to confirm.
Receive Confirmation: An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
